Orders may be cancelled at anytime by RoughGear.com LLC for any reason, including
lack of payment, unconfirmed shipping address, discontinued by manufacturer, or significant price increase.

Sales Tax: 
Sales tax is charged to orders with destinations within New York State only.

Payment Processing: 
Payments are processed by PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or other choices furnished to buyer at time of checkout.

Shipping: We use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority (United States Postal Service) Priority for all domestic orders.  USPS is used for areas where UPS is not available.  Please contact us for other services such as express deliveries.
Expedited shipping may not be refundable.
For some orders, additional shipping charges may apply (including APO/FPO, Hawaii, and Alaska).

Returns: Please check your shipment as soon as possible.  No returns after 15 days from date of shipping.
Re-stocking fee may apply for certain items.  Returns must be accompanied with copy of invoice.
Personal Locator Beacons are not returnable if manufacturer's packaging is opened.

Special Orders: Some special orders may be non-returnable.
